Agreement to Terms

About the Service
Semmozhi Solutions provides online courses, course materials, mentorship, and related services. Enrolled learners will be contacted via WhatsApp for confirmation, payment flow, and batch allocation. Upon payment and confirmation, learners are granted access to a specific course/batch with schedules, session links/materials, assignments, and mentorship.
Course Enrollment & Payment
Enrollment occurs after you complete the enrollment form and payment (if applicable) is received and confirmed. Our team will contact you via WhatsApp to complete payment and allocate batch details.
Prices shown are in INR and subject to change; promotions apply only for the stated duration.
For paid courses, we integrate with third-party payment gateways; those providers’ terms also apply.
Refunds & Cancellations
Refund policy:
If Semmozhi Solutions cancels a course, you will be offered a full refund, credit for another course, or an equivalent alternative.
Access & Use of Course Materials
Course content (videos, slides, code, PDFs) is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not redistribute, sell, copy, or republish materials without written permission.
We retain all intellectual property rights to course content. Learners may retain ownership of their own project deliverables unless otherwise agreed.
Learner Responsibilities
Provide accurate contact and payment information.
Maintain confidentiality of account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
Respect the course code of conduct — do not submit plagiarized work or engage in abusive behavior. Violation may lead to suspension or termination.
Mentorship & Support
Mentorship and support are provided as described on the course page (office hours, discussion forum, assignment feedback). Timeframes for responses are estimates, and urgent matters may be addressed via WhatsApp as part of enrollment flow.
Third-party Tools & Links
We may use external platforms (e.g., Meet, YouTube, GitHub, ThingSpeak) to deliver course content. Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms and policies. We are not responsible for external sites or services.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
We provide educational content and guidance but do not guarantee job placement or specific income outcomes. Any career outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Semmozhi Solutions and affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or services.
Privacy & Data Use
Use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Site you consent to data practices described there, including WhatsApp contact as part of enrollment and course delivery.
Intellectual Property Claims

Termination & Suspension
We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms, fraud, or illegal activity. Upon termination, access to course content may be revoked.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts. Consider including a mediation/arbitration clause if preferred.
Changes to Terms
We may update the Terms; material changes will be posted on the Site with the updated effective date. Continued use implies acceptance.
